DIN 22252 Scraper Conveyor System Chain

TOPONE® uses DIN 22252 standard to produce round steel chain links for continuous conveyors and excavation equipment in the mining industry. The steel used to produce the welded round link chain contains alloy elements such as Cr Ni Mo. It can meet Grade D (1050MPa), Grade C++ (900MPa), and Grade C (800MPa).Suitable for Armored Face Conveyors (AFC), Beam Stage Loaders (BSL), road header machines, coal plows and other equipment that requires this type of chain.

DIN 22252 Scraper Conveyor System Chain
Introduction

TOPONE® can provide round link alloy steel chains in accordance with DIN 22252 or PN-G-46701 or GB/T-12718 or GOST 25996 standard.

We can provide any surface hardness (carbonitriding or special tempering heat treatment,。Min,38 HRC,Max.64 HRC) to meet the underground mining needs of high hardness geology.

It is also available with chains with a strength of 1150MPa (Grade 110 chain). It is particularly suitable for coal seams with high economic value, and can greatly increase the amount of coal passing, thereby improving production efficiency.

!Any surface coating will affect the mechanical properties of the chain. Please ask staff for details.

Fatigue resistance T [cycles] and impact force KV [J] according to DIN 22252 standard

!Enhanced performance chains are not recommended for use in harsh, corrosive environments, as pitting and friction martensite may lead to operational failures.

We follow standards:

DIN 17115

Acc. to DIN 22252 or PN-G-46701 or GB/T-12718 or GOST 25996

DIN 50100

DIN EN ISO 148

DIN EN ISO 6506

Optional surface treatment: natural black, powder coating, black electrophoresis, electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, Dacromet.

Ambient temperature during use:

Min.: -40 ℃

Max.: 200 ℃

If the application scenario exceeds or is lower than the recommended operating temperature, please consult the staff to see if it is feasible.

Q & A
I don't see the size I want in the datasheet, can I get a custom size?
Yes, please contact our sales. They will work with our technicians to come up with a solution for you based on your application scenario, which is usually free!
How is your hardness distributed in the chain?
We allow different hardnesses in a single link, that a hard crown and a lower hardness plasticized leg.
Which anti-corrosion surface is suitable for me? Because the working environment of longwall mining is harsh and corrosive.
We have many anti-corrosion methods to choose from, such as anti-corrosion oil, electrostatic spraying, hot-dip galvanizing. Please note that any anti-corrosion will affect the mechanical properties of the chain.
What is the normal surface of your chain delivery?
Usually natural, dry, black condition.
Can I use it for Drag chain conveyors, Haulage Systems, Submerged Ash handling conveyors, Dredge Conveyors, Scrapper Coal Feeders, Drag Chain Feeder?
Yes, we can provide absolutely calibrated and matched chains. This is often applied to power plant slag removal, cement plant material lifting, etc.
Our chains are mostly exported to more than 30 countries
both in European and Asian markets.
