Short link chain for lifting by TOPONE®. Meets the requirements of EN818-7 T DAT DT for accuracy and surface hardness. High-precision calibration by fully automatic servo calibration machine. Chain carburized to increase surface hardness. Particularly suitable for electric chain hoists.

Introduction

TOPONE® produces precision tolerance lifting chains that are particularly suitable for electric chain hoists. DAT and DT are carburized and can be supplied with zinc chrome electroplating. Available in drums or in bulk in any length.

Work Load Limit (WLL) is the maximum load which the chains are designed to sustain in lifting use. The mean stress at this load is 200N/MM² (MPA) and is based on a 4:1 factor of safety.
Manufacturing Proof Force (MPF) is the force to which during manufacture the chain is subjected to. The mean stress at this load is 500N/MM² (MPA) which is 2.5 times the working load limit.
Minimum Breaking Load (MBL) is the minimum force of which the chain must withstand before failure. The mean stress at this load is 800N/MM² (MPA). The minimum elongation before failure is 10%.

Standards

！This product is not recommended for overhead lifting. It is strictly prohibited to use it in excess of the working load (WLL).

！Any surface coating will affect the mechanical properties of the chain.Please ask staff for details.

Optional surface treatment: natural black, black electrophoresis, electro-galvanizing, Dacromet.

Ambient temperature during use:

Min.: -40 ℃

Max.: 200 ℃

DAT:

Min.: -30 ℃

Max.: 200 ℃

DT:

Min.: -15 ℃

Max.: 200 ℃

If the application scenario exceeds or is lower than the recommended operating temperature, please consult the staff to see if it is feasible.
