Introduction

TOPONE® Long Link Chain complies with DIN763 size standard and Grade 80 Chain breaking load (MBL) standard. It is used for lashing and protection in any industrial scene. Each chain is tested with 2.5 times the safety load before leaving the factory. It is not recommended for lifting scenes.

Work Load Limit (WLL) is the maximum load which the chains are designed to sustain in lifting use. The mean stress at this load is 200N/MM² (MPA) and is based on a 4:1 factor of safety.
Manufacturing Proof Force (MPF) is the force to which during manufacture the chain is subjected to. The mean stress at this load is 500N/MM² (MPA) which is 2.5 times the working load limit.
Minimum Breaking Load (MBL) is the minimum force of which the chain must withstand before failure. The mean stress at this load is 800N/MM² (MPA). The minimum elongation before failure is 20%.

Standards

！This product is not recommended for overhead lifting. It is strictly prohibited to use it in excess of the working load (WLL).

！Any surface coating will affect the mechanical properties of the chain.Please ask staff for details.

！Do not weld other accessories directly to the chain when used on deck.

！Enhanced performance chains are not recommended for use in harsh, corrosive environments, as pitting and friction martensite may lead to operational failures.

Optional surface treatment: natural black, powder coating, black electrophoresis, electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, Dacromet.

Ambient temperature during use:

Min.: -40 ℃

Max.: 200 ℃

If the application scenario exceeds or is lower than the recommended operating temperature, please consult the staff to see if it is feasible.

Are there other sizes available?: Yes, we support any size customization. Please contact our staff for details.

Do you have the corresponding hooks and shackles?: Yes, we have the corresponding accessories drawings and data. Please contact our sales staff to request.

What surface treatments can I choose? Because I need corrosion protection at sea.: You can choose any surface treatment. If you are using it offshore, we recommend hot dip galvanizing.However this may lower the MBL. If you are unsure please contact our staff.

Is there a better chain? Because I want to make my equipment more secure when tied down.: Yes, if the working load of Grade 80 chain does not meet your requirements, I suggest you choose Grade 100 chain. Compared with Grade 80 chain, Grade 100 chain is 25% stronger. We can provide Grade 100 chain in corresponding sizes.
