    Our first generation chain factory started in 1999. Our founder Mr Ying Li resigned from a local state-owned chain factory and started the business with 3,000 RMB. At that time, we could only produce chains without welding. A few years later, we purchased a manual welding machine. At this time, we had just caught up with the average level of local chain factories. We could produce chains with unsmooth welding and no breaking load requirements. Our second generation chain factory was established in 2008. At that time, Mr. Ying Li believed that the coal mining market was promising, so we took out a loan to purchase large-size bending machines and semi-automatic welding machines. We started producing mining chains of grade B. A few years later we bought our first heat treatment equipment and we started producing mining chains of grade C and lifting chains of Chinese standard.

    Today

    We are now a modern factory with a full automation rate of 80%. In 2017, we already had the most advanced fully automatic chain production equipment, for example, fully automatic bending machines, fully automatic welding machines, fully automatic calibration machine, fully automatic temperature-controlled medium-frequency heat treatment furnaces, and a full set of experimental equipment. This marks a leap forward in our production efficiency and stability. We are no longer satisfied with producing ordinary chains. High-strength chains are our main products now:

    Lifting and lashing series: Grade 80 and Grade 100 meet EN818-2 or NACM standards. Thanks to the research and development of high-performance chain steel by Chinese steel mills, in order to the trace elements of our raw materials meet the requirements of European and American standards.

    Coal/Mining Scraping and Scraper Conveyor Systems: The chains we produce exceed the requirements of DIN22252 and DIN22255 standards. We have developed a grade D chain (1050MPa) with a higher breaking load and longer fatigue life (Tested in accordance with the fatigue test requirements of DIN22252, the test cycle is not less than 95,000 times when the product breaks). This means it is more cost-effective and reliable to use on Armored Face Conveyors (AFC), Beam Stage Loaders (BSL) and road header machine, etc.

    Deep-sea fishing/corrosion-resistant chains/high-temperature-resistant chains: In the face of these new challenges, we have successfully developed an ultra-thick hot-dip galvanized layer (150~300μm) while ensuring Grade 60 tensile strength. Our stainless steel chains use flash welded in order to achieve a breaking load of Grade 70. This means that we have mastered the production of chains for use in special environments.

    Tomorrow

    We will increase our automation rate again in the future, which will not only improve our pass rate but also improve our production efficiency. Our industry is heavily dependent on electric drive, and now we are promoting 0 carbon emission production. We cooperate with local photovoltaic panel production companies to convert all production electricity from coal-fired power generation to solar power generation. This makes our development more sustainable and more protects our environment.
