• DIN 745&DIN 5699 bucket Links For Conveyors

bucket connection shackle produced by TOPONE®. It complies with DIN 745 & DIN 5699 and is made of forged alloy steel. It is more wear-resistant and durable through special heat treatment.Especially suitable for bucket links for conveyors for bulk materials.

  • Grade 80 Chain

TOPONE® Grade 80 chain uses low-carbon alloy steel containing Cr, Ni, Mo, and Al. It is quenched at a temperature above AC3 and tempered at a temperature above 400 degrees Celsius. This makes the chain strong, tough, and fatigue-resistant. It is suitable for any cargo lifting or transportation lashing scenarios. All chains are tested for a tensile force of 2.5 times the working load before leaving the factory. The chain is stamped with "G8" grade and batch number identification.
• Is a Chain better Than a Cable for Lifting?

When it comes to lifting heavy loads, choosing the right equipment is crucial for safety, efficiency, and longevity. Two common options for lifting are chains and cables (also known as wire ropes). Each has its own set of advantages and disadvantages, making them suitable for different applications. In this article, we'll explore whether a chain or a cable is better for lifting, examining their characteristics, strengths, and best-use scenarios.
  • JIS b8812 Grade 80 T-DAT-DT Hoist Chain

TOPONE® case-hardened chain for chain hoists. Produced and tested to Japanese standards.Tight tolerances
• NACM2010 Grade 80 Chain

Premium, high strength alloy chain, heat treated for use in a variety of sling and tie down applications.

For overhead lifting applications, use only alloy chain. 100% compliant with NACM2010 requirements for Grade 80 chain.

  • EN 818-2 Grade 80 Lifting Chain

TOPONE®EN818-2 lifting chain. It meets the European standard for short-link lifting chains. The raw materials used are alloy steel containing Cr, Ni, Mo elements. This makes the chain have better tensile strength and fatigue resistance.

  • EN 818-4 Grade 80 Chain Lifting Slings

Alloy chain slings are designed for overhead lifting and offer unmatched durability. They provide excellent performance in harsh environments.

Grade 80 Chain is manufactured from heat treated alloy steel, and is ideal for heavy duty lifting applications.

It meets standard EN 818-4, Short-Link Chain for Lifting Purposes and is high strength, rugged, versatile and low-weight.

  • DIN 21061 Grade 100 Chain

Made of special CRNIMO alloy steel, 25~30% stronger than grade 80 chain. The weight for Grade 100 chain is on average 25% lighter than Grade 80 chain at the same working load.
  • NACM2010 Grade 100 Chain

Made of special CRNIMO alloy steel, 25~30% stronger than grade 80 chain. The weight for Grade 100 chain is on average 20% lighter than Grade 80 chain at the same working load.Meets the chain performance requirements of NACM2010.
  • Pas 1061 Grade 100 Chain

Made of special CRNIMO alloy steel, 25~30% stronger than grade 80 chain. The weight for Grade 100 chain is on average 20% lighter than Grade 80 chain at the same working load.Meets the chain performance requirements of Pas 1061.Elongation higher than 25% is safer.
Our chains are mostly exported to more than 30 countries
both in European and Asian markets.
